Return & Exchange Policy

Return and exchange is a guaranteed right for all our customers and applies to all products available on our store.
All products on our store are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy according to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
Returns or exchanges are allowed only if the product is in its original condition and packaging as when purchased.
Returns must be requested within three (3) days of purchase, and exchanges within seven (7) days of purchase.
Please contact us via our Contact Us page or our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
Please take a photo of the product and provide your city, address, and order number to facilitate an exchange if the product is defective, damaged, or not as agreed.
A full refund will be issued if the product you received is completely different from its description on our product page.
We are not responsible for any expectations of product use not stated on the product page.
A 30% fee or a minimum of 25 MAD will be deducted if the customer does not want the product and it has no defect or issue.
